Musty A/C Odor

Bobby,

While my Mazda Tribute was recently in the dealership I asked them to fix the musty a/c odor that keeps plaguing me. The dealer says it is not warrantable and that any of his fixes are not guaranteed to last more than a few weeks.

Do you have any suggestions on something we backyard mechanics can do or is this a dealer item that requires special tools and techniques?
