Glad to hear from you in Hagerstown. Driving conservatively, you can use lower octane fuel with no problems. While it's correct that engine power will be reduced when (if) any pinging occurs (onboard computer detunes engine), you won’t feel any loss during normal driving. I recommend adding BG 44K to one tank of fuel to clean the system. After 3 tanks full, send me a report of MPG - and how you feel the vehicle performed after using this suggestion.
